Hello ECHS Players and Families,
It was so great to be back out on the field training this last week! Everyone did an amazing job and I am excited for the rest of this pre-season. We will continue this week Monday-Thursday but we will be changing our times to 6:45am-7:45am. Please make sure to be on time for training! We want to be respectful of yours. your teammates, and the coaches' time. Please remember to bring running shoes, cleats, and a water bottle to every training session.

- Pre-Season Morning Workouts: Workouts started on August 22nd! Workouts will be Monday-Thursday 6:45am-7:45am @ ECHS. All pre-season training is OPTIONAL but highly ENCOURAGED. We will be doing two days of weights and two days of on the field training, as well as periodic film lessons as well. If you want to be prepared for the Varsity season, you will want to be at morning workouts. Please make sure to bring athletic attire, cleats, running shoes, and a water bottle. - Pre-Season Activities: We have postponed the SD Wave Soccer Game and the Team Beach Day. We hope to be able to discuss it as a team during Morning Workouts and find a time that works best for everyone!
- Fundraising Camp: Also postponed! Again, we hope to be able to discuss this as a team and find the best time for everyone!
