Hello ECHS Players and Families,
Another week of Pre-Season is in the books! It has been an amazing start to our training sessions and I am already seeing so much improvement in everyone. Hopefully you are developing good habits and the early mornings are getting easier for you.
We are back to work this week Monday through Thursday (6:45-7:45M) with our normal morning training. The season is just around the corner so continue to work hard!

Pre-Season Morning Workouts: Workouts started on August 22nd! Workouts will be Monday-Thursday 6:45am-7:45am @ ECHS. All pre-season training is OPTIONAL but highly ENCOURAGED. We will be doing two days of weights and two days of on the field training, as well as periodic film lessons as well. If you want to be prepared for the Varsity season, you will want to be at morning workouts. Please make sure to bring athletic attire, cleats, running shoes, and a water bottle.
