ECHS BBall Family,
We are now JUST shy of six weeks until tryouts. As we get closer, our workouts will begin to shift from open play to a more focused preseason training regimen. Starting today, I will provide suggested strength and conditioning workouts for the boys as well, to start getting ready for the season.
Winter Sports Night
On October 4th, from 630 to 8pm, there is an important winter sports informational meeting in the gym. I would like everyone to try to attend.
Suggested Workouts
Here are this week's suggested workouts, for those WITHOUT weight-room access. For those WITH access to a weight-room, shoot me an email and I will send you a different workout schedule. I am working on finding a time (with adequate supervision) to have the boys in our weight-room here at school.
MON -- 100 pushups (break into sets of 10), 100 sit-ups (break into sets of 25), 100 air squats (break into sets of 20)
TUE -- agility work at morning workouts, 1 mile timed run
WED -- 100 pushups (break into sets of 20), 100 sit-ups (break into sets of 25), 100 air squats (break into sets up 25)
THU -- repeat TUE
FRI -- repeat MON

FRI -- off
SAT -- 11a varsity summer league game vs Olympian (game played at Del Lago)
