ECHS BBall Family,
My plan is to start sending out our weekly schedules a little bit earlier, to give you guys more time to plan. Now that my stepson is playing sports as well, I am starting to realize that Sunday afternoon is far too late to be sending out schedules for the upcoming week. Sorry about that!
Here is the schedule for the upcoming week:
MON -- OFF (school holiday, enjoy the extra day of rest!)
TUE -- 4-5p weights
WED -- 615-745a open run; 615-730p speed work on the field
THU -- 4-5p weights
FRI -- 615-745a open run
SAT -- fall scrimmages at Del Lago (times and rosters TBD)
As a reminder, please have your physicals and athletic paperwork completed before tryouts. Tryouts will begin on Saturday, November 4th.
