ECHS BBall Family,
Here we are, ready for our first week of fall training. Hope everyone is safe and dry today. First things first, I am canceling Monday's morning basketball, due to the storm and possible leakage in the gym. We will start our morning work on Thursday.
Please make sure that you have filled out your offseason liability release forms to participate. Also, please try to get your physical done as soon as possible. I don't want to have to try to track down athletic paperwork when we get closer to season. That paperwork can be found here.
Here is the schedule for the week.
MON -- OFF
TUE -- 4pm weight training meeting in G104, then a weightroom workout. I'd like the boys to meet our trainer and discuss expectations for the fall.
WED -- 4pm weight room
THU -- 615-745am open gym
FRI -- 4pm weight room
