Here is the training schedule for the week. Remember, in the preseason all activities are optional.
MON -- 615-745am open gym
TUE -- 4-5p weight room
WED -- 4-5p weight room
THU -- TBD (the gym has an assembly that morning, so we likely will not be able to have open run...)
FRI -- 4-5p weight room
