Hello ECHS Girls Soccer Players and families,
I am happy to announce the beginning of our Fall Conditioning workout program! Workouts will begin this Thursday, August 20th, from 4pm-5:30pm and will continue every Thursday in the fall. We hope to continue to do more training as restrictions begin to loosen and we are allowed to do more. This workout program is a fantastic opportunity for you to work on your speed, strength, endurance, and footwork as well as finally getting to see some of your friends out on the athletics field. All sports are welcome and these are not mandatory practices but HIGHLY encouraged. We have moved up to Division I for next year so the competition only gets tougher and tougher. If you plan on playing soccer next year, these Fall Conditioning workouts will be a great start to getting yourself ready to compete. I hope to see you all out there!
