Hello ECHS Players and Families,I hope everyone is enjoying their three day weekend. It was great seeing all the new and returning faces at the Winter Sports Night this last Monday. If you missed the meeting, please keep in mind that the season is fast approaching and you will need to make sure you get all your clearance documents into the ECHS Athletics Department before October 30th! We will have normal training this week, Tuesday- Thursday. I will continue to encourage all of you to be doing everything you can to make sure you are ready for the start of the season. We will be stepping up all of our cardio and physical training this year, and I want everyone to be prepared.
