Hello ECHS Players and Parents,
Another week of our fall conditioning program is in the books! It has been so refreshing to be out on the field and in the weightroom working again and luckily this week we will have some cooler weather. (YAY!)
Starting this week, we will be adding a second day to our conditioning program. We will now have training every Monday and Wednesday from 4-5:30pm at ECHS. Remember, these are not mandatory training sessions but highly encouraged.
Please make sure to fill out all Covid forms (if you have not done so already) and don't forget to bring both cleats and running shoes to every practice.
