Hello ECHS Players and Parents,

How incredible is it that we get to have a soccer season?!? I for one am so incredibly excited and this week was a great start!

Thank you to everyone who joined the Preseason Meeting via Zoom this last Thursday. If you missed it, please reach out to me and I can send you the link to the recording. I have also attached the info here at the bottom of this update. 

We start this week with our regular practice schedule that will continue through the end of the season. We will be practicing Monday-Friday 4-6pm @ ECHS. Please make sure to bring cleats, shin guards, a mask, your own water, and a great attitude. Remember we will be doing Covid screenings and temp checks before every practice.  

Remember, ALL ATHLETES NEED TO TURN IN THEIR ELIGIBILITY PAPERWORK!!! Now that official practices will be beginning it is important that we get that done ASAP! All forms can be found here: https://escondidocharter.rankonesport.com/New/NewInstructionsPage.aspx

Our first game is fast approaching so we need everyone to do their best to be at practice everyday. If you cannot make practice, please make sure to email me at [email protected]. Our first game is March 10th vs Valley Center. 

We will be having uniform and bag check out this Friday at 4pm. Parents, if you would be willing to help with this please reach out to me. Many of you have already reached out and please expect to hear from Yesenia Salas with details on what she will need from you. 

At this point we still need more numbers to have a JV team so please invite your friends to come out and play. Remember, athletes may play multiple sports at one time this year.
