Good afternoon, Lady White Tigers Basketball Families!
It's hard to believe that 17 days of 2020 have come and gone! Time seems to fly by these days! One of the ways that we are encouraging our beloved Lady White Tigers is reflected in this quote from Coach John Wooden:
It's the LITTLE DETAILS that are vital. LITTLE things make BIG things happen..
As our Lady White Tigers continue to work on the little important details in their lives on a consistent basis, the big successes in becoming the best they are capable of becoming come to fruition. Let's keep on exhorting our Lady White Tigers to excel in the little details consistently!

Monday, January 20, Varsity Practice in the Gym, 9:00 AM-11:00 AM- Since Monday is a non school day, our varsity Lady White Tigers will practice at an earlier time. All eight varsity ladies said that they would be able to attend this practice time. Please wear practice clothes, and bring your basketball gear and plenty of water to drink.
Monday, January 20, JV game: Escondido Charter at Tri City Christian, 302 North Emerald Drive, Vista, 92083, 4:30 PM. All JV players need to arrive at the Tri City Christian gym at 3:30 PM, dressed in their black away uniforms and wearing their maroon game t-shirts. Coach Briski will be driving a van from school. Meet in front of school at 3:00 PM if you need a ride to the game. The van will return to school at 7:00 PM.
Tuesday, January 21, JV/Varsity Practice, 5:45 PM-8:00 PM, Gym- Arrive at the gym by 5:45 PM for stretching, as we want to start promptly with our practice session at 6:00 PM. Wear your practice clothes, and bring your basketball gear and plenty of water to drink.
Wednesday, January 22, Escondido Charter vs. Saint Joseph Academy at Edenpark, 1601 San Elijo Road, San Marcos, 92078. The JV game will begin at 4:30 PM. All JV players should arrive at the Edenpark gym by 3:45 PM, dressed in their black away uniforms and wearing their maroon game t-shirts. The varsity game will begin at 6:00 PM. All varsity players should arrive at the Edenpark gym by 5:00 PM, dressed in their maroon away uniforms and wearing their maroon game t-shirts. Contact Coach Buchanan if you need a ride to the game.
Thursday, January 23, JV workout, 4:30 PM-6:00 PM, Weightroom. Afterwards, stay and watch the varsity game. Varsity game: Preuss vs. Escondido Charter at the White Tigers Gym, 6:00 PM. All varsity players should arrive at the gym at 5:00 PM, dressed in their white home uniforms and wearing their maroon game t-shirts. Admission prices: $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for senior citizens/military personnel. Children and students receive free admission.
Friday, January 24, JV game: Escondido Charter at Chula Vista Community Learning Center, 3750 Arey Drive, San Diego, 92154, 4:00 PM. The JV team will be released from school at 2:00 PM. All JV players need to change into their black away uniforms and wear their maroon game t-shirts. The vans will return to school by 7:30 PM. Varsity practice- to be determined by Wednesday, January 22.
