ECHS BBall Family,
CIF requires that all sports take a two week no-contact period, and ours begins this Wednesday. Therefore, this Tuesday will be our last summer workout. We will likely start back up with optional workouts once we get into the school year, and everyone adjusts to their schedules.
We will start a bit early on Tuesday, so we we have some extra time. We will go from 330-545ish.
In the meantime, I'd encourage the kids to be working out and working on their game. They don't need weightroom access, 50 pushups a day (at least) and 100 air-squats will do the trick.
