Happy Easter to you all! Hope you have all enjoyed spring break.
This week, we will begin our offseason training. Before I go any further, please know that all offseason activities are 100% optional. Most of what we do will be strength and conditioning training, with some on-court activities sprinkled in where possible.
Most weeks, we will work out after school on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. We will meet outside the weight room in the flex building, unless otherwise indicated.
Again, these activities are purely optional. If you are currently participating in a spring sport, that absolutely takes precedence over any of our activities, and I want express permission from your current coach BEFORE you participate in any basketball activities.
On to the schedule for the week:
MON -- OFF this week (since there is no school)
TUE -- 4-5p weights
WED -- OFF
THU -- 4-5p weights
FRI -- OFF
