Hello ECHS Players and Families,
Thank you to everyone who showed up to Friday's meeting and thank you to Coach Newton for leading. I hope you were able to see some new and familiar faces as well as ask all your questions. We are so excited to get started this week!
Just a quick reminder on this weeks schedule:
Monday: 7-7:45am-Team Icebreakers, Goal Setting, Hudl sign up and Film (Mrs. Cozzi's classroom Flex building I103)
Tuesday: 6:30am-7:30am-Weight training (Flex Weight room)
Wednesday: 6:30am-7:30am-Technical/ Conditioning (ECHS Field)
Thursday: 6:30am-7:30am-Weight Training (Flex Weight room)
Friday: OFF (Check out Hudl for a individual training)
Make sure to eat breakfast before training sessions and always bring both running shoes and cleats to Wednesday training. Please bring a mask for indoor sessions and don't forget your own water bottle!
