Hello ECHS Players and Families,
I hope everyone enjoyed their Labor Day weekend. We have a short week this week so practices will be Tuesday through Thursday.
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and CIF updated their mask policy for indoor activities in regards to masks. Starting this week all athletes will need to bring a mask for indoor workouts. Outdoor workouts will not require a mask so we will try to do most of our work outside. Thank you to everyone for being flexible as we navigate these policy changes.
Don't forget to bring water, eat breakfast, and come ready to train! It has been so awesome starting each day with the team and I am excited for another great week.
One last thought, if anyone is NOT doing an after school sport right now I highly encourage you to consider joining our ECHS Cross Country team. Cross Country is a fantastic sport to play to help you with your cardiovascular fitness. If you are interested please reach out to Coach Da Pron ([email protected]).
