Hello ECHS Girls Soccer Players and families,
I am happy to bring you an announcement from Coach Goodman regarding our summer workout program! This workout program is a fantastic opportunity for you to work on your speed, strength, endurance, and footwork as well as finally getting to see some of your friends out on the athletics field. All sports are welcome and these are not mandatory practices but HIGHLY encouraged. We have moved up to Division I for next year so the competition only gets tougher and tougher. If you plan on playing soccer next year, these summer workouts will be a great start to getting yourself ready to compete. I hope to see you all out there!
