Hello Football Family,
Last week I saw our team face some uncertain and uncontrollable circumstances and shine! What a great reminder that all we can control in life is our attitudes, our efforts, and what we choose to focus on! Last week you choose to have great attitudes and display grit and resiliency... You choose to give great effort in the weight room, film room and practice field... and most importantly you focused on loving one another! I am so proud our players for loving one another well, our families for building a wonderful community of friendships, and for our coaches who coach hearts! What an amazing team we have... a team that truly "Play as One!"
In closing, this week we are going to set a concentrated fixed focus on competition. As John Wooden said, “The best competition I have is against myself to become better.”
