Hello ECHS Players and Parents,
Our Fall Conditioning has jumped off to a fantastic start. We hope you have learned a lot about lifting and the weightroom in these first few sessions. We will periodically continue to use the weightroom when weather becomes an issue as it was this last week.
I wanted to give a quick update for our Fall Conditioning program and a second workout session. We are hoping to start a second day of workouts on Mondays but we have not decided on final details (times, location, etc.). We will be discussing options again at this weeks training but keep an eye out for more practice sessions.
We will continue this week on Wednesday 10/7 from 4-5:30pm @ ECHS. Please make sure to always bring cleats, running shoes, water, and a mask.
