Hello ECHS Players and Parents,
I am happy to announce that we will be resuming our fall conditioning workouts starting today Wednesday, September 23rd. Workouts will go from 4-5:30pm every Wednesday and will take place on the ECHS field. We hope to continue to do more types of training as restrictions begin to loosen and we are allowed to do more. This workout program is a fantastic opportunity for you to work on your speed, strength, endurance, and footwork as well as finally getting to see some of your friends out on the athletics field. These will be GIRLS SOCCER ONLY workouts but all levels of soccer players are welcome. These are not mandatory practices but HIGHLY encouraged! We have moved up to Division I for next year so the competition only gets tougher and tougher. If you plan on playing soccer next year, these Fall Conditioning workouts will be a great start to getting yourself ready to compete. I hope to see you all out there!
